- Kicked off the backend rewrite: migrating a Koa microservices architecture to a NestJS monolith
- Built the new front end in Vue 3, replacing the Vue 2 application

- Designed and implemented the subscription architecture on Chargebee: Plus and Pro plans, per-seat pricing, monthly or yearly billing, AI credits
- Contributed to an AI assistant that builds Beekast sessions
- Created AI assistant skills that automate the team’s repetitive tasks, including one that starts from a product discovery document, asks refining questions, then writes the specification
